- 10-15 years of experience handling the blue collared work force in e-commerce organization
- Drive skill enhancement for blue collar workforce
- Experience in leading large, diverse teams
- Build the strategy for the function, define success metrics for the function and align orgs and stakeholders to achieve the business objectives
- Help drive initiatives around culture, integration and making a great place to work
- Drive strategic initiatives required from time to time
- Drive long term initiatives like culture institutionalization, rewards and recognition
- Ensure compliance and legal aspect of people experience
- Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
Requirement:
- Hunger to drive the people agenda of a fast-paced and fast-growing startup. High growth comes with its allied flux, and you must have an ability to be comfortable in such an environment
- Experience in driving HR in a fast growing environment
a. Experience of managing different facets of HR (recruitment, performance, culture, etc.)
b. Experience at startups is a big plus
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management
d. Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution in engineering or supply chain/logistics with an MBA degree
