We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies to connect our brand with customers, build brand awareness, grow customer loyalty, and generate sales.
Since we are a fitness company, it is mandatory to stay in top shape and lead by example. You don't need to have prior experience in fitness, but once you join and become a part of our team, you will be expected to work out and follow a nutrition program regularly.

Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and execute social media campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Create and implement email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty.
- Provide ideas for website and growth hacks that can lead to significant results. Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics.
- Lead the Fuelled Ambassador Program from the ground up.
- Brownie Points: Develop and implement paid meta campaigns to meet high ROAS targets.
Qualification
- 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of successful Digital Marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Meta Ads (optional)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
