Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies : Craft and implement effective Digital Marketing strategies tailored to our startup's goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Content Creation : Create compelling, astrology-focused content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Build Online Community : Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, fostering a community of astrology enthusiasts.
- Analytics and Adaptation : Monitor digital campaign performance and website analytics; swiftly adapt strategies in response to data insights.
- Collaborative Growth : Work closely with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the startups growth and direction.
- Budget Management : Efficiently manage a limited marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to produce creative and engaging content.
- Interest in or knowledge of astrology is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
