Position:Digital Marketer Manager
Location: Kanpur, UP
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, , etc.)
3. Create compelling content for social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels
4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Digital Marketing efforts with overall business goals.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, with a proven track record of success
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and Digital Marketing metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for Digital Marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in education or service business.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new Digital Marketing trends and technologies
