Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, proficiency in backend processes, strong Excel skills, graphic design capabilities, and a proactive and outgoing personality
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies aligned with Union Living's goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Creating and updating content for website, and campaign shoots which will contribute more towards company's visibility
• Build a repeatable, predictable revenue engine by optimizing existing Digital Marketing strategies, localizing approaches by market and creating playbooks for the Digital Marketing organization
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and graphic design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, outgoing, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment
