Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's digital presence is cutting-edge.
Social Media Management:
Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, etc.).Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.
Content Marketing:
Create, edit, and optimise content for the website, blog, and other marketing materials.Collaborate with the content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimise content for search engines.Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website visibility.Email Marketing:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters and promotional emails.Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements for future campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Digital Marketing efforts.Prepare and present regular reports on Digital Marketing performance to the management team.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, etc to ensure cohesive and effective Digital Marketing campaigns.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.Solid understanding of Digital Marketing techniques, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
