Work Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Salary: 2.4 to 4.2 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop and implement creative Digital Marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
- Be a trendsetter! Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google ADs, social media ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Take charge of our social media presence! Manage and curate captivating content for our social media accounts, foster community engagement, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless website development, engaging graphic design, and high-quality video production.
- Embrace collaboration! Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align Digital Marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the tiles or similar industry.
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms and software, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft compelling and captivating content that engages our audience across digital platforms.
- Proven project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing software, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus, adding an extra dimension to your Digital Marketing expertise.
