Responsibilities :
1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Set specific objectives and report.
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
5. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics(Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM)
6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
8. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog
layout)
9. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Requirements :
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through Digital Marketing.
- Plans, executes and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
