Primary and Must have skills:
- Experience with Flutter and Dart
- Knowledge of State Management (Bloc or Provider or Riverpod)

- Understanding of Dart, its quirks, and workarounds
- Good understanding of asynchronous and stream request handling and partial page updates
- Knowledge of basic concepts like factory constructors, spread operators
- Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility
- Understanding of version management tools, such as Git or Gitlab
- Good understanding of UI rendering, behavior, and performance
- Knowledge of Android and iOS is a plus
- Experience with desktop applications with Flutter is a big plus
Good to have skills (Additional):
- Knowledge of backend technologies as well like (Node JS, Java Springboot), Databases like SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.
- Having Deployment Knowledge about AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker will be a plus
- Good understanding of Unit tests, Widget testing, and Integration Tests
- Development experience in web applications with Node.js and integrating Firebase with the same
- Ability to take up responsibility for taking care of the product from development mode to deploying it for testers and on production on app/play stores

Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile
- We are looking for a Flutter developer who understands Dart. Minimum of 0-1 years of experience of App development in Flutter along with preferably Firebase, Node. JS, cloud, and server-side integration and development. An end user app based product development, go-live managing, crash management, user management, scaling, and growing an app-based product experience will be a great value add to this profile
- Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter workflows (such as providers, bloc, Stream Subscription, and controller, bloc). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are important
- Strong design sense with amalgamation of development to bring features to best usage is another key expectation of the role

Role and Responsibilities of this Profile
- You shall be taking up further development, refinement, growth, and stability of the iPrep App for Windows, Android, iOS, and Web through Flutter along with the current lead product developer and other tech team members
- Collaborating with Design, Business, and Development Teams, and participating in Requirement Analysis to decide upon, build and/or improve complex, high-performance Flutter-based architectures and applications
- Analyzing and developing components and/or libraries to re-use in various products
- Testing and Deploying iOS/Android applications to their respective Stores
- Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code
- Designing solutions and/or coding practices to increase productivity for the team
- Serving as an application expert and providing technical support
- Assessing and communicating about projected timelines for deliverables and future product growth
- Ability to monitor the crashes and proactively work with the team on bug resolution
- Having a customer-centric approach to all activities
- Please know that we are in a growth stage of our app and tablet-based products and therefore a lot of responsibility and ownership-taking work will be expected on the tech and product front
