Role Description
This is a full-time and hybrid role for Deputy Project Manager in Highway works. Scope of Job includes Liaisoning with Client Departments, Billing & Planning, Basic drafting of letters for correspondence with Client department and overall project management. The DPM should have experience in respective role for 3-5 years and he will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and planning for construction projects, analyzing project budgets and developing project schedules and timelines. We are looking for a sincere and hardworking individual who can work with responsibility and stability.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to carry out Liaisoning
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience of 3-5 years' in construction management, project management.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Understanding of IRC, MoRTH specifications, and construction methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
