As Demand and Supply Manager, you will drive efficient regional demand fulfilment, spurring sales growth. You will lead a dynamic team of Demand & Supply Leads as well as lead the regional buying, offering key insights. Guiding demand planning, based on supply dynamics, manage stock levels and purchasing, and shape buying methods. You will integrate regional insights globally and will strategize stock management, aligning with purchasing tactics, collaborating with Merchandising Managers.

Thriving in a fast pace and agile environment, you love working with the product and to set a plan of how to optimize the supply and demand in line with the global assortment and merchandising strategy. Key responsibilities
Develop top-down plan on total regional demand and supply plan, ensuring defined selling (net+gross), stock and reduction cost targets in alignment with Regional strategy, financial plan, and stock to sales net plan.
Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from plan on region and market level (short, mid & long term) to high light potential action needs such as buying or stock activation.
Adapt and implement a global assortment strategy aligned with the company's objectives and regional needs, maximizing short- and long-term profitable growth for concepts in your region.
Influence prices, quantities, income per period, assortment width, and manage regional product lifecycle through collaboration with the assortment team.
Optimize net selling by establishing clear commercial priorities per channel, by identifying and acting on the sales opportunities/threats.
