Job Title: Delivery Head - API, Microservices, and Cloud (Banking Domain Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Head with expertise in API, Microservices, and Cloud technologies, specifically in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing large-scale software delivery projects, with a focus on designing and implementing API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. The Delivery Head will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality solutions, and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects within the banking domain. Provide strategic direction, set clear goals, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery. Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge in API design, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance API solutions for banking applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in API, microservices, and cloud technologies. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide team members, promoting their professional growth and skill development. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing rigorous testing processes and quality assurance measures. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, especially in the banking and financial sectors. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain client trust. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, optimizing project efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with finance and resource allocation teams to ensure optimal utilization of resources. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
