Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Circle NPO Delivery:
• Oversee the end-to-end network performance and optimization activities within the assigned circle.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance network performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards set by the organization.
2. Circle Customer Engagement and Interface:
• Engage with Airtel's CXO layer, stakeholders, and government authorities to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Act as a key interface for customer engagement, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and meetings with relevant stakeholders.
3. Circle Governance and Central Functions:
• Work closely with the circle government to ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.
• Collaborate with central functions to drive overall circle experience management initiatives.
• Influence the specific circle's operating plan implementation and resource allocation.
4. People and Resources Management:
• Lead and manage a team of network performance and optimization professionals within the circle.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team to drive performance and career development.
• Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient utilization of available resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in network performance and optimization in the telecommunications industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a team.
• Strong knowledge of network performance metrics, optimization techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at CXO and government levels.
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
