- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records if asked to do so.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Executive or in a similar role.
- Educational Qualifications: 10th, 12th, or above, Who has a Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and the local language.
- Enthusiastic, presentable, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Strong interest in a Delivery role.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
