Job Description

The PDE must ensure Wipro delivers services to the Clients’ delight while respecting Wipro`s financials and enables the employees in the account to perform their daily activities.
The PDE would work closely with D&OH Head of the Market Unit and the Global Account Executive (GAE). The PDE should be able to drive integrated interface and transformational/multi-tower engagements at the client level.
Responsibility will include, but not limited to:
  • PDE should have the ability to be a trusted partner to the client - CIO in enabling the organization’s technological transformation
  • Work closely with them on account level execution, delivery & operational excellence and lead cross/upselling initiatives
  • Represent ‘One Wipro Delivery’ view to the GAE and responsible for day-to-day delivery
  • Responsible for ‘delivery-led-growth’ by holistic positioning of Wipro’s capabilities
  • In collaboration with the delivery leaderships and account executives, be responsible to engage with and retain account level top talents
  • Compliance and risk management – proactively assess and mitigate business risk, covering reputation, delivery, contract, profit, others
  • Solution assurance to our clients
  • Institutionalize delivery approach across service lines in the account aligned with the CDO’s delivery processes
  • KPI - Account Revenue, Gross Margin, Fresher index, Pyramid, CSAT, Attrition, Rotation, Automation

Should have the ability to be the proxy CIO
Experience in managing delivery & operations of customer accounts including:
Account P&L management
Customer relationship management
Leading large transformation programs including multiple technologies
Experience in working in the respective market unit region
