We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Dedicated Risk Team - Trigger Analyst GSC.


In this role, you will:


The Opportunity:


The responsibility of the role is to design Automation solutions, provide Quality Assurance by code review as well as undertake PoCs for MSS Data Ops domains across various functions on solutions built using C# & .Net technologies. This is an individual contributor role, should be flexible to work in shifts as per business requirement, coverage to be provided either in APAC or UK shifts as per stakeholder requirement as well as provide BAU support through shift mobiles either in AM coverage or PM coverage to address Prod issues outside BAU hours.


What you’ll do:


  • Receive and review Surveillance Risk Triggers with high quality precision in line with stated procedures and guidance.
  • Perform high quality analysis of the customer data as available in Actionable Intelligence (AI) system alongside triggers.
  • Raise with G6 if there is a requirement for Relationship Managers (RMs) and/or customer outreach, as appropriate, and as described per the relevant Desk Instruction Manuals (DIMs).
  • Ensure a FCR lens is utilized to do holistic trigger analysis.
  • Where triggers require escalation, collaborate, and refer to line manager and, if necessary, Financial Crime Advisory (2LOD).
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Financial and Non Financial crime risk through continuous learning
