Form of workJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SQL, SSIS Pipelines, and Data Warehouse Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust SQL databases, implementing SSIS pipelines, and contributing to the overall architecture of our Data Warehouse.Responsibilities:1. Database Development:· Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure SQL databases.· Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance improvement.· Ensure data integrity and consistency within the databases.2. SSIS Pipelines:· Create and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).· Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load data.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSIS processes.3. Data Warehouse Development:· Contribute to the design and development of the Data Warehouse architecture.· Implement best practices for data warehousing, ensuring scalability and performance.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.4. Performance Optimization:· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and SSIS processes.· Implement indexing and other optimization techniques for database performance.5. Documentation:· Maintain comprehensive documentation for databases, SSIS packages, and Data Warehouse components.· Provide documentation for data models, data mappings, and transformations.6. Security and Compliance:· Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.· Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· 1.5 to 2 years’ experience as a SQL Developer, SSIS Developer, or Data Warehouse Developer.· Proficiency in SQL programming and database management.· Strong expertise in designing and implementing SSIS packages.· Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.· Experience in performance tuning and optimization techniques.· Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:· Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies.· Experience with other ETL tools and data integration technologies.· Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data mart development.
