AddressJob Title: MIS/Data Scientist Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist Executive to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modelling, coupled with strong leadership abilities and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company's data science initiatives, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
2. Data Strategy and Governance:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data privacy, security, and ethical use of data. X-YUG TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
3. Advanced Analytics and Modelling:
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive actionable insights.
- Utilize machine learning techniques, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities in large datasets.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
5. Team Management and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Data Scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record 3-5 years of leadership experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or SQL.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and influence decision-making at the executive level.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
