We are currently seeking a Business/Data Analyst to leverage data insights for driving key business decisions and strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis of various data sources using advanced business intelligence tools. You will take the lead in identifying essential metrics and trends, contributing directly to our mission of data-driven decision-making.
This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations and sits within the Analytics team, which is dedicated to extracting valuable insights from data to support organizational goals. Key stakeholders include senior management, sales, and marketing teams, whose decisions and strategies are guided by your analyses.

Essential Functions:
- Analyze multiple data sources using tools like Excel, VBA, and Power BI to derive actionable insights.
- Proactively identify key metrics and trends that drive business performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on project deadlines and business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with SFDC Views and Reports.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to answer critical business questions using data and metrics.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
