Data Analyst – Payment Solutions This role focusses on extracting valuable insights from payment data to drive business decisions. As a Payment SolutionsData Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our payment systems through comprehensive data analysis.. Your new day-to-day will be: Maintain detailed tracking of monthly deliverables to enable effective management of workflows and metrics for executive review. Conduct in-depth analysis of payment transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies Manage operational data swiftly, conducting quality checks Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze end-to-end payment processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Propose data-driven recommendations to streamline workflows and enhance the overall payment experience. Regularly monitor and report on transaction success rates, processing times, and other relevant metrics. Work collaboratively with Payment Solutions teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives. Keep UpToDate with business developments, which may eventually impact the revenue management This is what we really need from you: Bachelor of Commerce, Finance or similar graduation. Working towards becoming a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) (great advantage) Over 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in the context of Payment Solutions or financial data. Experience with data from various sources Advanced knowledge of database query tools, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and Excel, Basic macro, and Power Bi Experience as a user of Financial ERP Systems. Being a team player, supporting members of other departments. You always exercise overall control over the process. You possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively. Strong skills in excel and other tools for efficiently working with big data Experience building and facilitating automation solutions for efficiency.
