Job Title - Customer Support Executive
Project - Mobile Gaming App
Location - Madgaon, Goa
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
10am-7pm/11am-8pm/2pm-11pm/11pm-8am
(Must be comfortable for all the shift timings)

Full Time
6 Day Week
Work from Office
Night Shift- Pick and drop service provided by company within 10km
Skill set Requirement - Excellent Communication skills and problem solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities
Providing chat and call support
Strategically approaching each player based on their history and profile.
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
Actively participate in team meetings
