In this role as a Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for incoming calls or text messages while keeping our wait times down. You will communicate and collaborate with different departments to keep our professionals and facilities satisfied. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, a problem solver, and a relationship builder. Often times you are the customers first point of contact.
