Job description

Customer Support Advisor to join our travel and tourism team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues related to travel bookings and sales processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues.
  • Educate customers on product features and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹178,462.14 - ₹437,938.00 per year
