Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues related to travel bookings and sales processes.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues.
- Educate customers on product features and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
