Responsibilities
• Acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them• Identifying target areas for prospective business• Pre-screening customer segments as per organization norms• Ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products• Executing sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand• Building strong client relationships internally and externally• Building a strong brand identification with potential customers• Ensuring vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors• Developing strong distribution channels• Ensuring compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline• Experience of 0-2 years• Knowledge of business targets and client relationship management• Ability to identify target areas for prospective business• Proactive understanding of customer needs• Strong sales and promotional skills• Ability to build and maintain client relationships• Knowledge of vendor empanelment and distribution channels• Familiarity with compliance to Audit / RBI regulations
