Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing client relations, and timely communication with customers. The Customer Relationship Executive role will be located in Malad, Mumbai.
Qualifications

• Ability to Manage Business Relationships
• Excellent Communication skills
• Client Relations skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or any relevant field
• Experience in luxury car sales/customer service industry is a plus
