Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities
    : Actively seek out potential business deals by reaching out to prospective clients, conducting thorough market research, and analyzing available sales avenues.
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Cultivate strong rapport with clients, offering tailored solutions and ongoing support to meet their needs effectively, while consistently striving for service excellence.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer continuous assistance and guidance to clients, staying attuned to their requirements and suggesting improvements to enhance their experience.
  • Uphold Organizational Values: Ensure adherence to organizational values and standards, maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients at all times.
  • Stay Informed and Adaptive: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for product/service enhancement and adaptation.
  • Contribute Insights: Share market insights and competitor analyses with the Business Development Head to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business strategies.
  • Implement Sales Innovations: Introduce and execute innovative sales techniques to drive revenue growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the market.
  • Compile Comprehensive Reports: Collect, analyze, and summarize relevant data to prepare detailed reports that offer actionable insights and support informed decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Actively participate in educational workshops, stay updated on professional publications, and build personal networks to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively within the team, ensuring efficient communication and contributing to collective goals and achievements.
