Associate Program Manager
Job Description:
The Associate Program Manager(Learning Products) will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects or programs within the organization. This role involves owning projects and deliverables, collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem solving, planning and managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently.

Roles and responsibilities:
1) Own the planning, prioritization, coordinating and executing various aspects of the projects.
2) Identify potential issues and constraints in the existing processes.
3) Set up initiatives to address the challenges and make sure the objectives are met.
Understand the product, stakeholders and processes - learners, mentors, Subject Matter Experts, learning curriculum creation, curriculum delivery, job outcomes - so you can problem solve.
4) Monitor the project progress, track Key performance indicators of the projects and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the projects.
5) Collect data from various initiatives and analyze the data and come up with potential solutions and own the execution of those proposed solutions.
6) Define metrics for success of the projects and initiatives and monitor the data very closely.
7) Work closely with the team members from different verticals within the organization to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
8) Continuously evaluate and improve the processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including plans, reports and dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience:
1) Must be from CS Engineering background
2) 1+ years of experience as an Engineer
3) General know-how of programming tech-stacks and components of software applications.
4) Ability to network with people, hustle and drive the execution of tasks.
5) Should have knowledge on advanced excel and SQL.
6) Should be process oriented and have meticulous attention to detail.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8) Program Management experience is a huge plus.
9) Experience working in a high-paced startup environment is a plus.
Additional details:
1) This is a full time position.
2) This role is based out of Bangalore and candidates are expected to work from office.
3) Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
4) Compensation: 6 - 8 LPA + benefits
