Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth trajectory.
- Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Master's degree strongly preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry a significant plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound HR decisions based on data and insights.
