Job Description: Counter Sales Executive (Diamond/Gold Showroom)
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of diamond and gold jewelry in our showroom. Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces, meet sales targets, and maintain a well-presented display.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with warmth and professionalism, understanding their needs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, utilizing upselling techniques.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Comply with company policies and ethical selling. practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
Knowledge of diamonds and gold jewelry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team player with a professional appearance.
Basic computer proficiency.
