Key Responsibility :
- Create and publish engaging and original content (product descriptions, brochures, mailers, video scripts, voiceover scripts, social media post captions, proposals, ad messaging, website content, and presentations, etc.)
- Work closely with the team to help visualise the message
- Ensure that the content reflects the brand tone, style and message of our firm
- Incorporate best practices for content development
- Help manage the collection and maintenance of content on the firm's content management platforms
- Organise, and preserve all content written and produced on cloud platforms
- Plan and schedule content plan as per each department's requirements
- Optimise content according to SEO's best practices
- Ensure legal compliance with respect to copyright and data protection
- Create content strategies that meet customer needs and business goals
- 1 year of writing experience should be in the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent editing skills
- Excellent content researcher
- Ability to work quickly with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to write efficient copy combining creativity and flair with business objectives
- Passionate about our mission and have strong empathy for our users
- Excellent overall writing skills in several different styles/tones
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
- A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
- Great organisational, and learning skills
- High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
- Prior experience with online marketing and lead generation (optional)
- An understanding of formatting articles on the web
- Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an added advantage (optional)
