Role Specifics - Day in the Life :
1. Develop a mix of content that keeps the community engaged and entertained, including:
2. Memes & Visual Content: Craft memes and visual content that resonate with the community, making savings fun and relatable.
3. Contests & Polls: Design and implement contests and polls that not only entertain but also encourage active participation, keeping the community vibrant and engaged.
4. Carefully select and present the most attractive deals to our audience, ensuring they are compelling, relevant, and presented with a creative twist that captures attention.
5. Regularly assess the performance of different types of content and use this data to refine and enhance content strategies
6. Pay close attention to key Telegram engagement metrics. Use this data to gain insights into what resonates with the audience and why
7. Stay agile, experimenting with new content formats and timing to discover what maximizes engagement and drives the community's vibrancy.
Must Have Requirements –
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
2. 0-1 year of experience in Marketing Campaign Operations role.
3. Should be good at storytelling and creating engaging narratives, with a flair for writing that captivates and holds the audience's attention
4. A genuine enthusiasm for exploring and engaging with social media landscapes. Understanding the unique dynamics and opportunities these platforms offer for community building.
