Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have appeared in UPSC Mains Exam or Interview in Hindi/English.
- Efficiency in the Hindi language, with excellent writing skills and a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC exam pattern and syllabus.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in the field of education or exam preparation.
- Ability to conduct research and gather information from reliable sources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in proofreading and editing Hindi content.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and inspire UPSC aspirants through tailored guidance and support.
- Design personalized study plans and strategies to cater to individual student needs.
- Share expert insights on exam patterns, syllabus coverage, and effective study techniques.
- Conduct regular mock tests, practice sessions, content making and one-on-one coaching to assess student progress and address areas for improvement.
- Offer timely feedback, encouragement, and constructive criticism to enhance student performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest UPSC exam trends, current affairs, and relevant resources to provide up-to-date guidance.
- Cultivate a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
- Conduct thorough research on UPSC and State PCS topics to gather accurate and relevant information
- Create high-quality written content in Hindi for UPSC exam preparation, including articles, blog posts, study materials, and other educational resources.
- Ensure the content is well-structured, informative, and aligned with the target audience's needs and requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop comprehensive study materials and resources.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and changes in UPSC and State PCS exams to incorporate them into the content.
- Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously.
- Conduct periodic content audits to identify areas of improvement and suggest content optimization strategies.
