Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases
- To research, source and collect information from various sources – such as Companies Filings, Amendments, Press Releases, external news sources or announcements made by the company
- Ensures data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for their covered product/market
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets
- Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager
- Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge
- Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards and current data policies and procedures
Competencies & Required Skills:
- Knowledge on Financial Markets
- Professional attitude, Good Team skills, Ability to work independently and strong attention to details
- Proficiency in speaking and writing French and English
- Basic Computer knowledge is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to use in-house database
- Ability to use the Internet in an effective and appropriate manner
- Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner
