1. Handover collections on a daily basis to the Audit Officer before the Banking hours
2. Achivement of monthly collection budget
3. Timely follow up & Updation of the collection data in Suryoday Collection Application
4. Visit customers and follow up for OD payments in a courteous and professional manner
5. Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers
6. Take regular feedback from the customer and share with the Branch Manager/Area Manager to enhance the quality of our products and services
7. Educating the centers about the benefits of the credit history of the customers
8. Being transparent with the customers in explaining the collection process, Importance of the on time collection & proper validation of the collection receipts/due sheet before leaving collection place and demonstrate high level of integrity as per the code of conducts of Suryoday.
9. Zero error in collection management
10. Properly updation on collection details/currency details on collection receipt/due sheet
Two-Wheeler is must with Driving license.
