AddressCo Founder/COO
BrenStone International is looking for a COO for a lithium battery startup based out of Gurgaon.
As COO, you will play a critical role overseeing company P&L, with a focus on automobile/battery/lithium-ion products. The ideal candidate brings operational expertise and Business Development skills, with a proven track record in the automobile/battery/lithium-ion industry.
The ideal candidate has proven C-suite, who has successfully driven sales growth and strategy development along with strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, and quality control. This executive has financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
A bachelor's degree with 18-25 years experience in automotive, with an MBA or other business-related qualification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership expanding the company's presence
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy driving revenue growth and market share.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize production, supply chain, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability and cost controls.
