Cluster Credit Manager-Kisan Credit Card / Agri Loans
Function/ Department:
Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
To ensure Quality underwriting and portfolio monitoring, better productivity from the BCMs, across the cluster locations, implanting the underwriting process. To liaison with the stakeholders on process changes/ new product roll-out to end user along with training.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading team of BCMs and managing optimum productivity with team, in the cluster.
Implementing credit and risk policies and processes.
Identify the risks associated with Agri loans or Agri Equipment loans, gaps with respect to existing processes / Own and align process goals to business goals/Drive operational efficiency through process changes.
Designing/implementing/tracking control mechanism for ensuring good portfolio health.
Maintaining audit compliance parameters in good health and ensuring the cluster is up to the mark on all critical parameters.
Preparing contents & conducting trainings for seamless operations.
Supervise, manage, and motivate team to increase productivity, build team synergy, clearly communicating expectations, identify knowledge gap & training needs.
Collaborating with other stakeholders viz Business, Compliance, Audit, IT to ensure seamless operations as per extant bank policies in branches.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Post Graduation: Any Postgraduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Professional Degrees: CA/ CFA/ ICWA
Experience:
10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
