ThisroleyouwillberesponsibleforleadingtheCloud Operations team consistingof >10 employeestoensure a smooth Azure CloudOperationfortheday-to-daybusinessof Accelleron-Industries. Mainobjectivesforyou and your team aretoensureseamless and stablecloud operations basedon ITIL standards, suchasproblem, incident/ change and costmanagement, aswellasclosecooperationwiththe Accelleron Global Infrastructure team.

Furthermore, theroleincludes Service Management activitiesaswell.

Reporting to the Service Owner Hosting functionally and globally, and to the IS India Lead locally, you will {insert relevant task and responsibility}.
Your responsibilities:

• Leadinganoperationsteamof >10 membersthatprovidesend-to-end Azure Cloud Services forAccelleron-Industries worldwide

• Combinedeliveringoperationalsupportwithcoaching, mentoringandsupportingofyourteammembers

• Take a leadingrole in continuousimprovementofourcloudservices

• Coordinateincidenthandling, plannedimprovements and maintenancetasks

• Implement and monitorserviceperformanceKPI’s

• Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) arebeingmet

• Connect andworkcloselywiththeglobal Infrastructure teamsuchastheCloud Service Owner,Global Infrastructure Architecture and Application Teams

• Ensurealloperationsarecarriedonanappropriate, cost-effectiveway

• Reviewsservicebudgetsandexpenditureplanstoensurefinancialhealth; managescostsrelatedtotheservices

• Responsibleforperformance, training and developmentofemployees

• Communicateeffectivelythroughstrongwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsfortechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences

• Mentoranddirectteammembersfortimelycompletionofassignedprojects

Your background:

• Minimum 5 yearsofprovenexperience in leading a professional team

• ProvenworkexperienceasOperations Manager and / or Service Management role

• Structuredapproachtowardsimprovements

• Proactive, workonsolutionsbothuponrequest and onowninitiative

• Familiaritywithbusiness and financialprinciples

• Experience withlargescalecloudservices and modularization
