Key Responsibilities:
- Actual vs Budget report and variance analysis
- Prepare various models for planning
- Track productivity KPIs
- Assist in tracking unit economics
- Identify leakages and fix them
- Assist in reporting to external agencies
- Preparation of department wise monthly Cost Center Report
- Weekly treasury reports, fortnightly payments report & monthly business review.
- Income & Expense analysis of various line items
- Assist in board presentation for quarterly results.
- Assisting in handling audit requirements
