Client Servicing Part Time /internship At Indore In Fingpay

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to clients, address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive client experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in regular communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure overall satisfaction
2. Assist in identifying and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database
4. Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports related to client services
5. Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents related to client
