We are seeking an experienced Chief of Product to lead our product development and management initiatives for our General Insurance lines. This critical leadership role will report directly to the CIO and collaborate closely with business heads across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for all General Insurance products including motor, health, home, etc.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify market needs, research competitive landscape, and design innovative new products.
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to development, pricing, launch and ongoing optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage metrics to identify areas for product enhancement and innovation.
- Partner with marketing, sales, legal, actuarial, and other teams to bring successful products to market.
- Monitor key performance metrics post-launch and lead efforts to maximize product adoption and profitability.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, compliance standards, and legal considerations.
- Represent product team on executive leadership committees and communicate product vision.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in product management or related field with at least 5 years in the insurance domain.
- Strong track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products.
- Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven decision making skills.
- Outstanding leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Technology or related field.
