We're on the hunt for a Change Management Consultant extraordinaire to join our Global Training & Change Management team. Lead change implementation efforts, coordinating activities across departments to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives.

As a Change Management Consultant at Zycus you would:
- Help Clients Identify the Need for Change Management: Understand a client's internal workings to propose effective Change Management strategies that will help them achieve a successful transformation. Help in instilling confidence in clients that they have found a trusted partner in Zycus to faciliate smooth transitions and help them mitigate risks throughout their transformation journey.
- Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Change Management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster buy-in and support for change efforts. Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding upcoming changes.
- Communication and Training: Develop clear and compelling communication materials to inform employees about upcoming changes, including newsletters, presentations, and FAQs. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Change Implementation: Lead change implementation efforts, coordinating activities across departments to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives. Monitor progress and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of change efforts and make adjustments as needed.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate the organization's preparedness for change and identify areas requiring additional support or intervention. Provide recommendations for enhancing change readiness and minimizing resistance to change.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future Change Management initiatives. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Change Management to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
What will you require to be successful in this role:
- Experience - 6 to 12 years in Change Management for clients within SaaS organizations or technology-driven environments.
- Certified preferably on either ADKAR (PROSCI), CCMP, AIM, APGM, ATD Change Management, CMI, or similar others.
- Knowlegde of Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (non-mandatory).
- Ability to apply knowledge Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools to various scenarios to come up with applicable strategies (one size does not fit all).
- Understand and enjoy technology.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multiple change initiatives simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
