Job Title: Customer Service Representative - National Railway Enquiry (UK Voice Process)
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills (C2 quality) are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates without prior experience are eligible.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of experience in customer service/BPO industry will be preferred.
- Fluency in English (V5 level).
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Salary:
- HSC Fresher (C2 quality): 22,000 INR in-hand
- Graduate fresher: 24,000 INR in-hand
- HSC/Graduate with 6 months experience: 28,000 INR in-hand
- HSC/Graduate with 1+ years experience: 30,000 INR in-hand
- SSC with 1 year of BPO experience: 22,000 INR in-hand
Working Days : 5 days a week
2 rotational week-offs

Salary: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
