1) Essential Field Experience - Direct for Indian Railways 2) Experience of Production Units (CLW/ DLW / RCF/ ICF / MCF/ DMW) 3) Experience of Zonal Railway / HQ's 4) Experience of RDSO / RITES or allied Railway's bodies 5) Relevant work experience & Knowledge of working of Indian Railway's - Demand generation - E-tendering (for works and supply tenders) - Tender- Following and closing for order process - Order execution process to Payments collection - Commercial knowledge of Taxes etc. - Knowledge of powers of Railway's officer/ Designation - Willing to travel 15 days in a month
