1. Partner with the Organization Leadership and TBExG stakeholders to achieve the standards of excellence in company's business model and improvement goals.
2. Contribute in Business Strategy formulation and Framework designing, keeping the relevant models of Performance Excellence into centre.
3. Collaborate with Assessment Team, CXOs, and SMEs for designing and deployment of post assessment action plans in line with Business Excellence Framework and Maturity Score.
4. Facilitating the organizational diagnosis through proprietary tools i.e. Business Excellence Management Assessments, Dip Checks, Tata Affirmative Action Programme Assessments and Tata Education Excellence Programme Assessments, to create long-term value proposition.
5. Implementation of EDGE - the 'Best Practices' initiative that facilitates the exchange and implementation of good practices prevalent within the Tata group companies.
6. Work closely with the Business Excellence Lead of the organization to conducts 'Deep Dives' in areas of Operations Excellence, Strategy Deployment, Customer Driven Excellence and Safety.
7. Other departmental assignments/projects into the domain of Finance/Operations/Risk/Compliance etc.
