Business Head - Entire South Zone
Location : BAngalore
Experience : Must have handled Sales in unsecured lending in Microfinance for Rural Areas
CTC : Best in the industry
Candidate will be handling AUM of 6000 crores
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the overall business operation for South zone.
- Responsible for Maintaining key P/L metrics as per Organisational Expectation.
- P&L ownership as Product Head
- Increase Digital business penetration by activating all digital channels & creating better customer experience
- Launching new Digital Product channels with no human intervention
- Responsible for delivery of key business metrics i.e. IRR, PF, Insurance Penetration & others income lines
- Training & Development through trainings at Rural Training Centers
