Webisdom Management Services Pvt Ltd (sister company traininglobe) is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our company by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. You will use your excellent communication and networking skills to establish strong connections and present our services to potential clients. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients by researching and contacting potential leads
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and segments for business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed
