Responsibilities
Educate prospective clients about Revinfotech and product
Collaborate closely with finance, product, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging
Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts including cold calls, emails, and networking. • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships.
Customize solutions to meet client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of Revinfotech and its product.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and target markets for business expansion.
Manage customer feedback and escalations, working with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
