Job description

Main responsibilities:

Software Selling of Upsidon product by generating leads from different channels meeting Institutions Heads conduct product demos.

Converting the leads into B2B clients. Developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing lead pipelines, nurturing leads, and guiding them through the sales process, tracking conversion rates, and adapting to needs of clients.

Perform online and offline demos of Upsidon to prospective clients. Build pitch decks for the same. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients across regions.

Travel across regions to expand the business for new and existing clients.

Identifying new markets, and devising plans to penetrate and perform sales, expand business relationships, build credibility, and establish immediate rapport with potential clients and existing clients.

What we are looking for:

MBA with minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience, must have demonstrated Sales Success in past assignments. The ability to demonstrate autonomy, high-quality sales deliverables, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships is a must, you should also have a strong appetite to grow in the world of Sales.

Nature of duties

1. B2B Sales, mostly outbound reach out to different educational institutions pitching our product to prospective clients and getting sales and long terms.

2. Role - Hybrid model.

3. Type - Full time

4. Location- Bihar

Remuneration:

1. Fixed pay of Rs25K per month + Incentive Bonus +Local Travel Allowance.
