Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Patna. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as new Business Development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and tailor our services to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Business acumen to ensure revenue growth and profitability
- Account Management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in event management industry is a plus
