Job Title: Business Development Associate - Steel Industry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong background in the steel industry or steel product domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B market interactions, and a solid educational foundation with an MBA or BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor analysis in the steel sector.
- Analyze market demands and opportunities to develop effective business strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships in the B2B market.
- Sales and Business Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and clients in the steel industry.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements for both parties.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase products, services, and business solutions.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments in the steel sector.
- Utilize industry knowledge to position our products and services effectively in the market.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
- Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
Qualifications:
- MBA or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, particularly in the steel industry or with steel products.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in B2B market dealings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
